ADS Automation S.r.l. is a young and dynamic company founded in April 2005 by its founding partner, Andrea Zaccherini, a technician with over a decade of experience in the robotics sector gained at ABB, one of the global leaders in this sector.

The company initially focused on technical assistance, particularly fault diagnostics and intervention services.
Thanks in part to its collaboration with ABB, ADS Automation quickly expanded its offering to include:

• Technical studies and design
• Software programming
• Training courses and on-site operational support
• Technical assistance
• Preventive maintenance
• System overhauls and reconditioning
• Implementation and installation of robotic systems

On March 1, 2010, ADS Automation officially became an ABB Partner.

Today, ADS Automation designs and builds complete robotic systems and carries out upgrades through hardware and software modifications on existing systems – including robot replacements. The company also provides technical support, maintenance services, and resale of robotic systems, including Sapri models.

All of this is made possible by a highly skilled technical team, allowing ADS Automation to respond to customer needs with competence and transparency.

With extremely fast response times across Italy, an in-house spare parts warehouse and remote phone support, the company is organized to fully meet the production needs of its clients.

Our future goal, in addition to improving and confirming all current activities, is to affirm ourselves more and more as integrators in the realization of innovative and customised robotic systems.

The company is based in the industrial area of Imola, at Via E. Vanoni 9, and features a fully equipped electrical and mechanical workshop, spare parts warehouse, technical office and administrative office.
